BEFORE RENTING

The landlord follows the terms below when renting and cancelling a reservation at Villa Sieripirtti. These terms and obligations are binding for both parties once the reservation has been confirmed via email or made through the website.

PRICE CATEGORIES AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Standard

  • Includes accommodation for up to 4 persons. Additional guests are charged separately.
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights (Stays under 3 nights can be inquired about by email)
  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Payment terms:

  • A booking fee of 20% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking if the start of the stay is more than 60 days away.
  • The final invoice will be sent 30 days before arrival, with a payment term of 14 days.
  • If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the accommodation, the full rental amount must be paid immediately.
  • The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the customer has paid the full amount and cancels the reservation, no refund will be issued.

LANDLORD’S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION

If the landlord encounters a force majeure event preventing the rental of Villa Sieripirtti for the desired period (e.g., water damage, storm damage), the landlord has the right to cancel the reservation. The tenant will be notified immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded promptly to the bank account provided by the tenant.

DAMAGE COMPENSATION

The tenant is responsible for compensating any damage caused to the cottage or its furnishings.

  • Lost key: €300 due to lock rekeying.
  • Other damages will be assessed based on the extent of the damage, the value of the damaged items, and potential repair and other costs.

POSSIBLE COMPLAINTS

All complaints related to the cottage’s equipment or condition must be reported to the landlord immediately.

RULES OF VILLA SIERIPIRTTI

  • Smoking is not allowed indoors
  • Pets are not allowed
  • The property may not be handed over or left in the care of a third party
  • Open fires are only permitted in designated areas
